This app was created after the huge success of my book At last a life and runs alongside all my core values and beliefs that will lead you to an anxiety free life. This app will not only bring the hugely popular book to carry around with you, but also new and never published before material, a full audio and video section, my personal twitter and blog feeds at your fingertips and much more and all for less than the price of the book itself. ***In it's first week, the app has had huge success, selling to 15 different countries all over the world*** **************** LEARN SECTION This section is completely new material that was written especially for the app. It will give you a new understanding on how to come through your anxiety. MEDIA SECTION How the app came to life This is Ola the developers own story on how the app came about, starting from a simple idea driving home from work, to where it is now. The sections: 'How I came to help others' 'My route to recovery 'My life now' is an audio section by the author Paul David. The film 'Rid' This is a great short film about the day in the life of an anxiety sufferer and how he now sees the way forward. The song 'Disarm yourself' This song was made by the world famous 'Dash Berlin' and they have kindly let me use it on the app. I am proud to say that the he song was actually made and written in dedication of the book. Relaxation Audio Some specially selected music for you to just sit back and relax to. Switching off for a few hours a week and listening to some relaxing music can really help calm an over active mind. Paul Sutton song (not visible on screenshot) This song was kindly sent in by Paul Sutton, a past winner of 'Stars in your eyes' and really captures his own struggles with anxiety. CONNECT SECTION Follow Paul on Twitter This is the developer, Paul Davids official twitter account. Paul's Blog This is another source for people to get more help and advice and has turned into a great little community, with people helping and being there for others. Success Stories Here are a collection of people's success stories. All have never been shown before and have been sent in by people who came to the site for help. BOOK SECTION Here is my book 'At last a life' to read on your app. This book has sold many thousands of copies all over the world and has helped so many people to recover and give them their life back.
